A business strategy that will change the real estate market. This is what our CEO, Armando Gómez, announced to have planned for Bynok for the next two years. To start projects internationally, open an office in Dubai and invest more than 550 million euros being backed up by strategic partners and investment funds.
All this will be undertaken in the near future through the new B8 Architecture, announced today by the real estate company that is transforming the real estate market on Costa del Sol. A brand that will operate internationally and that places architecture as the core soul of its activity.
Our dear CEO, Armando Gómez, explained to over 600 real estate professionals that participated to the event held on March 8 at the Goya Cinema Theatre in Puerto Banús, that the promoter’s intention is to invest 550 million euros by 2020 in different national and international projects. Among the projects we have on the table is the construction of one million homes in Africa as well as developing real estates in Dubai, Oman or the US.
Bynok has 71 new projects in its portfolio, both in Spain and abroad. The first achievement is La Boladilla Resort, in Estepona, where Bynok develops a plot of land of more than 120,000 square meters. The design of this project is based on two unique promotions: La Boladilla Village, already under construction and where it is planned to build 103 luxury villas of 500 square meters each and Boladilla Suites, on a plot of land of almost 90,000 square meters where 276 luxury apartments will be build this year.
The Gems of Estepona, 78 homes on a plot of 32,000 square meters is another project that Bynok will launch during April of this year. Construction will begin in October 2019 and delivery is scheduled for the last quarter of 2021.
A revolutionary model
In 2018 the company was placed at the top of the promoters, 316 villas, 308 apartments, 230,000 square meters of construction and more than 71 architectural projects carried out.
The improvement that year was to increase and improve customer service as much as possible, with strategies as groundbreaking as 100% finance in all projects developed by the company itself or improvements in the quality / costs of the homes. To increase the quality without increasing costs, Bynok set up a team to search suppliers to order a volume big enough to eliminate intermediaries. Bynok managed to create its own brand in toilets, doors, switches …, which allows lower costs and has a competitive advantage due to superior market quality at prices without competition.
Thanks to this avant-garde vision, Bynok started a revolution in the real estate concept, developing and implementing a fully complete management model where all the main characters: architects, builders, investors and final clients, work fully synchronised, guaranteeing a better quality product, better cost and less development time.
Last but not least and thanks to the strategic partners and investors that backs it up, the company acts very differently from the traditional way. Eliminating all the profit margins of the different phases of real estate development Bynok manages to sell much below the market price and is still able to maintain very interesting profit with unbeatable margins for our investors.
